             高频振动灌浆技术
(一)高频振动灌浆原理

根据砂浆在高频(12000次/分)作用下产生液化流动的原理,利用高频灌浆装置,将演化后的低水灰比(0.35)砂浆
灌入网架内,填满网层间的空隙,并使其内部气体排出,从而形成致密的钢丝网水泥结构层。再对结构层进行接缝处理和周 边处理,这就制成高频振动防渗板。 高频振动灌浆防渗板是一次施工完毕,不需架设模板,厚度一般为5厘米,凡是坡度90度以内的坝面,均可适用。 (二) 高频振动灌浆防渗板的作用及用途 高频振动灌浆防渗板是拦河坝迎水面的防渗板,板厚5厘米其抗渗强度为S10,即在100米水头作用下不渗水。它适用于 新建的堆石坝、重力坝、拱坝等,及除险加固工程。对于已建的渗漏水严重的病险水库,采用该防渗板其优越性更为突出, 经济效益更显著,主要优点是: (1)造价低; (2)工期短,完成一座水库的防渗板在一个枯水期内,3-4个月。 (3)在水库不放空的条件下,完成防渗板施工。 例如浙江省开化县茅岗水库(中型)、浙江省诸暨市五泄水库(中型、著名旅游风景区),均为病险水库,除险加固 采用高频振动灌浆防渗板,经蓄水运行后验收,评定为优良工程。浙江省东阳市南江水库(大型)、五泄水库等在水库不 放空的条件下,建成高频振动灌浆防渗板。 (三)技术经济指标 抗压强度:63.8N/mm2;抗拉强度:4.65N/mm2,抗渗强度:S10.造价:与钢筋混凝土面板比较,节约60%以上。 (四)工程应用(Engineer application)

      Technique of High-frequency Vibrating lrrigation

(一)Theory of High-frequency Vibrating lrrigation According to higih-frequency ofr 12000 time/minute can make the cand plasma run smoothly with unbroken contiunity,as in the manner characteristic of a fluid,then put the fluidify sand plasma into the high- frequency irrigating installation.At last,the cement come into thick floor slab.the high-frequency impervious laye can be made through reinforce the thick floor slab.the high-frequency impervious layer is applicable for dam which thickness is 5cm and gradient is90. (二)Function and appbcation of lmpervious layer Theory of High-frequency vibrating lrrigationi The high-frequency impervious layer prevent from filter in depth of 100 meters and its intensity is S10 .lt is applicable for all kinds fo dam.The technique has been applied in many large-size and medium-size projects in Zhejiang province,such as Maogang Reservoir,Nanjiang Reservoir,and Jizhu Reservoir,which has yielded fruitful results both socially and conomically .Zhe advantage fo the technique: Fist,impervious layer and dam can be jointed; Second, the period fo engineer is in three months; Third ,the engineer can be made when the reservoir is full of water.
